第３ハッスルは、時の人の登場なので、話題をフル活用です。ビデオも記者会見の模様です。カードは坂田亘 VS レネ・ボナパルトです。坂田が入ってくるときのリングアナウンサーの選手紹介も「小池のダンナ」です。ちなみにリングアナウンサーの声は「サンデー・ジャポン」のナレーションと同じです。客席からの「ダンナ」コールはありませんでした。レネ・ボナパルトはＷＷＥではレネ・デュプリーと名乗っていました。フランス系なので、ナポレオンに引っかけて、ボナパルトだそうです。ガウンもきれいで、花道のファンにサービスしたり、なかなか見せます。入場テーマ曲は「料理の鉄人」のオープニングに使われていた曲ですが、映画「バックドラフト」で使われた曲です。（★）身体能力も高そうで、坂田とやっても余裕がありそうです。レネが坂田にイス攻撃をしようとするところ、坂田がイスを奪いますが、その間、セコンドの島田二等兵がレフェリーを釘付けにし、坂田がレネからイスを奪ったところでレフェリーが島田から解放され、イスを手にしている坂田の反則負けを宣告するという、ちょっとドタバタな試合でした。したがってお互いたいしたダメージは無しです。イスの取り合いに時間がかかって、島田とレフェリーのもみ合いがちょっと長くなってしまいました。せっかくＷＷＥの出身者なのだから、イス攻撃よりももうちょっといいところを見せてほしかったというところですが、捨てゼリフの「コイケ、ダンナ、ヨワイ」はいい間合いでした。

When Sakata enters, the ring announcer calls him “Koike's Husband” but there was no “Husband” chant from the fans as in previous weeks. Rene Bonaparte is announced as WWE superstar Rene Dupree. His robe is great, and he hands out flowers to the fans along the elevanted walkway to the ring. His entrance theme is the music which was used in the opening of "The Strong Man of Cooking” and is also the theme of the movie “Back Draft”. (*)
Bonaparte looks in tremendous physical shape and he seems to have strength to spare even against Sakata.
Late in the match, Rene was about to do a chair shot on Sakata, Sakata took a hit, but, as Second Airman Shimada, in a slightly slapstick manner nailed the referee, Sakata grabbed the chair off Rene. Just at that moment the referee looked round, saw Sakata with the chair in his hand, and disqualified him. There was no great damage to either man.
For some reason, the struggle for the chair took time, and the struggle between Shimada and the referee was a bit too long.
Given that Rene is from WWE, they really could have done a bit more before the chair attack and given him a chance to strutt his stuff - but his parting shot "Koike's Master can't get it up/impotent" was kinda cool.
